"Our nearly 40 year old boiler system had seen its last day. Steve with Guardian was easily accessible by phone, prompt, and helpful. He installed a new boiler and retooled the set up of our system. We re very happy with the service, speed of the install, and professionalism the guys showed. We didn t shop around much since we weren t interested in having too many people coming in and out of the house during the pandemic, but felt confident Steve was giving us good information and a fair price based on what we were told in the past and research we had done. I would certainly recommend Guardian to friends and family. I will update going forward if necessary since the system is currently a day old, but the house is as toasty as ever so mission accomplished thus far."

I can't recall the name of the woman who was first to come to the house but she was exactly on time, very nice, and professional. I had no idea what I was supposed to be doing or the process and told her that. She educated me and didn't make me feel stupid. She clearly knew what she was doing. The guys arrived shortly after to carry all the wet stuff from the basement into the garage. They were great. I can't believe how hard and how long they worked. They were very nice guys and super hard workers. John, the owner, was very generous and willing to answer questions, to explain the process, and he showed (on time and when expected) until the job was done and the basement walls were testing as dry. John also assisted in getting a large dumpster for the carpet and ruined furniture, books, and other stuff; and cleared it with our insurance. I didn't feel like I had to be in the house when they were there. They really did help relieve the stress of the situation and did the job very well. I was able to just turn it over to them. I don't know what the cost was because I don't have the information from the insurance company."
