"I took advantage of their special offer on camera scoping of my sewer line, and boy did I learn a LOT! That is, my sewer line runs to the alley, not the street, and it has some failure and partial blockage. VERY fortunate am I to discover that BEFORE there's a serious problem! "I called just after 7am in the Morning on Saturday. The owner of the business picked up my call & gave me a time he'd be available. Ivan gave me time to get verification that time would be good. When I called back I got both pricing and approximate duration for that type of service. Both were quite reasonable. He showed up, on time, prepared, and managed to fix the issue in less than 30 minutes - and said it's the worst grease blockage he's seen (and showed us the ick that was blocking the pipe). When we bought the property that drain was barely working - we didn't know the previous owner had poured grease down her kitchen drain; for years!"

"Ed and his crew came out to figure out where my problem was with my sewer line. They had to dig up the sewer line to find out why it was backing up. Once they were able to see the pipe we discovered that one of the utility lines had drilled their cable line through my sewer line causing me the problem. Ed called out the correct officials to determine who was responsible so that I would be able to file a claim for his services. We determined that it was in fact connected to ATand T. I'm still waiting to hear from someone at ATand T in the claims department. However, Ed and his crew did a GREAT job in a desperate time of need. They cut out the bad part of the pipe and replaced it with new. It's running like a champ! Ed also did a great job of taking pictures for me to have to be able to show ATand T if tey had any questions.
