"Hired Legacy Home Remodeling to replace my existing roof with new 50 yr shingles. Bob was honest about what needed to be done and cost. His team were professional and did a high quality job and it was completed in one day. They made sure the yard was clear of any debris and made sure to run the magnet through the yard an extra time because we have small children. They did not want them to step on any nails. I have no complaints whatsoever with the quality of the materials, craftsmanship of his crew or the cleaniness of the job site. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have their roof repaired or replaced. I especially appreciated Bob treating me with respect. I am a widow and have had other contractors speak down to me because I am a woman. Bob never did that and in fact he made sure I understood all of the options without pushing me towards one or the other."

"Complete Exteriors recently replaced the shingles on my townhouse in Gaithersburg, MD. I also hired them to replace our gutters and downspouts. The roof shingles are CertainTeed Landmark Pro architectural shingles and they look great. The Complete Exteriors crew arrived around 7 A.M. and they completed the job in less than one day (done before 3 P.M.). The crew supervisor kept me in the loop throughout the roof replacement process and frequently showed me close-up pictures of the work being done on the roof. Their price for the roofing work was excellent (I got eight bids, and their price was the best by far for the roofing job). The gutters and downspouts were replaced the next day. Complete Exteriors subcontracted this work to another vendor, which also did good work. In retrospect, I may have divided the contract into two jobs, solely because the price from Complete Exteriors was not the lowest bid I received for the gutters and downspouts. However, their overall combined price for both the roofing and the gutters and downspouts was at least $500 lower than any other bid I received. Another reason I gave them both contracts was to simplify the contracting process, as I wanted one company to be responsible for both the roofing and the gutters and downspouts. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work done by Complete Exteriors' roofing crew and by the subcontractor they hired that installed the new gutters and downspouts, and I highly recommend Complete Exteriors."

"The process up to the QA Inspection was excellent. People were friendly and knowledgeable. Austin was excellent at giving honest answers to all our questions. When I asked him one he couldn’t answer he didn’t try to BS his way through, he simply said he didn’t know and then proceeded to make calls until he got an answer. At the Pre-install inspection we were told the install crew would arrive between 8-10. The install crew chief was very surprised to hear that when he arrived at 7. The installation was also excellent. Done and dusted by 4PM. The QA inspection cost you an excellent rating. It was little more than a high pressure sales pitch to replace my aluminum siding with vinyl. I just spent $20K on a new roof and he pressured us to spend another $40K on something that doesn’t need to be replaced. Not cool. I would definitely recommend Power, but with a caveat on the QA inspection."

"We used Home Genius Exteriors to replace some siding on our home. It was a great experience from start to finish --- beginning with the estimator using drone footage to show us areas that needed to be replaced. We found the prices to be competitive with other companies in the area and they were able to schedule the work at our convenience, which was nice. On the day of the job, the team arrived promptly and worked hard throughout the day. At one point it seemed like it would turn into a two-day job due to extra materials needed, but fortunately they were able to run out and get the materials. They worked up until the very last minutes of daylight to ensure that the job was completed on schedule and cleaned all the scraps/waste from our yard and driveway before leaving. We would definitely use Home Genius Exteriors again!"

"We originally had four items on our list. Jesse came out for the estimate and did a quick inspection of the exterior and found several items that needed to be addressed. We ended up having the team tackle all the additional items so they wouldn't turn into bigger issues later. Other than a delay in the start day and a hiccup on the first work day, the job went well. Alberto and Javier were pleasant to deal with, respectful, neat and did a great job on each project. They replaced a piece of trim and the rubber seal on the side of the garage door and you'd never know it wasn't the original piece. They painted the trim and garage door and didn't spill a drop on the driveway. Inside, they laid drop cloths leading down to the basement where they replaced a section of drywall. They covered the entire room in plastic so as not to get dust everywhere when they sanded. After patching the drywall, they painted the entire wall so the patch wouldn't stand out. They moved all the furniture and put everything back where it was when they were finished. When they were all done, you would never have know they were here because they didn't leave any mess behind. We were so glad to have all these little projects completed and done well. This is our second time using JW Home Improvement and we would use them again. We would also ask for Alberto and Javier again. They make a great team."
