They couldn't do the chimney inspection the first time; didn't have a tall enough ladder. During the actual inspection they were patient and professional when answering the questions I had. Took photo's of what they found during the chimney inspection to validate what they were telling me needed repaired. Able to make the repairs the same day. I asked a few questions, and I decided to replace the pilot assembly too. On his second trip, he installed the two parts. On each trip, he covered his feet and cleaned up The total price included the new gas valve and pilot assembly replacements, the return visit fee, and the annual club maintenance plan.
