Installation was scheduled for Friday. I solicited other companies quotes using the estimate provided by the first company and all declined stating I needed to schedule an appointment for someone to come out to take measurements, etc. Our inside temperature was 98 degrees. "Premium Home services is a scam..their customer sevice does not do anything about refunding back expensive, terrible and unfinished work. They hang up on you and give you the run around to speak with a so called manager. They send a so called professional to do the work, ask for a ridiculous amount of service call out fee and don't finish the job. The tech was unorganized and shows up hours late. Don't recommend the company."
