"Our water heater stopped working overnight and we contacted Done Rite Services in the early morning to diagnose the issue. They immediately responded and said someone would be out to the house later that afternoon/evening. Edgardo called later in the day and asked if he could come out earlier. Upon arrival he took the proper COVID precautions and wore and mask and also ensured he covered his shoes to protect our floors. After diagnosing the problem and considering the age of the water heater and the overall installation not being up to code, we decided a replacement was needed. Edgardo thoroughly and patiently described the options for a replacement water heater and quickly checked if they were result in stock. After deciding on a model, he was able to schedule an installation in about 24 hours! During the replacement, Edgardo and Ethan were very thoughtful, respectful, and thorough, ensuring they took care to install the water heater correctly and to code. "Courteous, Professional, and Knowledgeable HVAC Installer - Needed to replace a 25+ year old HVAC system in the coldest months of the year and SwiftPro was the right choice. I live in a condo with a tricky indoor/outdoor HVAC set-up. Tyler worked with me to ensure I had the right system that 'fit' in the area left after removing the old system. "AC Tech Aaron was highly knowledgeable, amicable and was able to solve an issue that previously caused ARS to replace a newly installed HVC system with another new system, however, Aaron was the one to solve the ongoing issue I had with both current and previous systems. The issue was, the AC simply was not efficient enough to cool my house, reason, the air filters were severely clogged. Solution: Aaron applied a commercial degreaser, then washed both filters, this dissolved an accumulation of over 10 years worth of gunk and soot like dirt. Thanks to Aaron, my AC now is finally running to its full capacity without compromising its efficiency or causing it to overheat or worse, break down. I would recommend ARS to at a minimum inspect and equally clean all AC filters as that would go a long way towards resulting in a far better AC/HVC performance with better efficiency.
