As ours is an older house, built in the 1920's, the challenge was to add built in bookshelves and a mantel that would look like they were original to the house. To complicate things the previous owner had stained the hardwood floors with a custom stain. Fair and Square knocked it out of the park and would highly recommend for any custom work you may need."
