"Called for an estimate for an older garage door. When he arrived, he would not approach the house I had to get his attention inside his truck. His visit took 20 minutes. He took a very brief look at the door, took a couple measurements, said door is non repairable and was quick to ask for the 70 dollar service fee, leaving me the only option to pay for a full door replacement for 8k with no other solution or even interest in fixing the door. The lady on the phone made it seem plausible you get service fee reduced if repairs could be made. He just did not have any interest or make any effort in repairing the door or reducing the service fee even though he only glanced at it. Quite a hefty fee for 350 dollars an hour for a door assessment. I do not recommend this business."

The installer cursed me out for a mistake on the order that he made and then they never contacted me. The owner has cashed the checks and I sent confirmation of the deposited checks. This place is a scam."

Show me what he needed to do to fix the power he replaced the parts that needed to be replaced and all of this did not take no more than an hour and a half. I am very happy with his work and I will be calling them out again for future services."
