"Now let me rave about Dave... He was on time if not early, he is a man that can do what he says and does it really fast. The deck repair was above and beyond what we expected. We wanted it it safe and up to code, he made it a work of art. He was knowledgeable of everything we threw at him.  He repaired the window glass so we didn't have to buy a whole new window, squeezed a dishwasher in a tiny kitchen (husband must have dishwasher), did the insulation and did the water shut off replacement. He works quickly and cleanly too, we could not even tell there was work being done. We are so pleased and yes we would hire him again in a heartbeat."

"I love my new floor!  Randy completed the remodeling of my bathroom beautifully.  He dealt with challenges such as an uneven floor surface superbly.  He dealt with my "picky" requests without batting an eye.  I wanted a light switch moved over 6 " and the sink moved left a foot.  When the granite came in and I realized it had a green undertone to it, I needed to replace some blue oriented tile with something that went better with green -- he included this unforeseen change in the project.  He created the built-in shelving so it is exactly what I wanted -- it was so easy to communicate with him.  His tile work is really good.  I mentioned the floor -- it is beautiful, and the paint and the texture -- my new bathroom looks amazing!  Randy did the work efficiently and promptly."

"The wood retaining wall in our backyard was old and collapsing.  After getting a couple of quotes, we decided to go with Nichols because: 1) he is professional and knowledgeable, 2) he quoted $2,000 less and 3) his estimated time to clear the old wall and build a new wall was a couple days less than the other guys!  He brought by sample blocks for us to look at on Sunday, started work on Monday and by Wednesday afternoon we had a new wall!  The wall looks really nice and level and a hundred times better than our old wood mess.
