"I had AB May come out to check my furnace and the tech told me I had a cracked heat exchanger. I wanted a second opinion, so I called Eric with Alliance. He came over within 30 mins of calling and did a water test to check for leaks. Luckily found nothing! He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
