"He destroyed my mother's doors. He received oak doors both six panel and bifold. The clear coat have on all doors have numerous long thick runs. The clear coat also has large scattered debris scattered all over. When confronted with his complete incompetence he blamed everything but himself. He delayed the project two moths while we waited for him to complete this job. If you decide to employ him good luck. You will need it."

"within 2 weeks of finishing, a whole panel came loose. wood cut & installed uneven. Gate sagging. I had to threaten them with a lawsuit to come fix the fence & gate correctly. Still some bull crap. Jim & his son are horrible business owners, & needs to be shut down. Will not recommend them. Ask me for pictures, I can show you the BS work that they do."

I have been in the construction/remodeling business for over 30 years, I currently employ one other person. I do have subcontractors that I use on an as needed basis, primarily for services that I don't perform myself i.e. cement work. Depending on the size of the job I may require a down payment up front before starting the job. The bill/balance of bill is due at time the job is completed.
