"On the day of the work (4) workers came on time and proceeded with the work. They were very professional and covered the floor and the stairs leading to the attic.  They too answered all my questions about  what they did. They showed  me the old evaporators coils and the leaks in them, and the new were still in the original box. They replaced on of my thermostats and  fixed a noise coming from my outside unit .  Although,  I had a second estimate on this work that would have been less, I went with Cucco,s because I trust their work and their professionalism. Honestly, it is so hard to fine honest people these days working with them is a pleasure.

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

Popular did a fantastic job. They were recommended to me via a family member and did not disappoint. Javier and everyone else at Popular were very efficient and professional. They also provide a 2-year labor warranty which benefits them to do the job right the first time in order to avoid any future maintenance calls. I tried one other company that my home warranty was trying to force me to use (NRG Home Services) and still ended up using Popular instead, based of their customer service.

I recommend Popular to anyone looking for HVAC services. I will definitely call them anytime I have an A/C issue in the future.
