He was very professional, wearing masks and shoe covers, he listened to me, unlike some other contractors, who just told me what to do. He took the time (2 hours) to answer all my questions and I felt I was in good hands. Once, we moved forward they took care of everything, The designer, Allen, helped me pick all the finishes and made amazing 3D models. Guy was working with the city to get the permits and the entire team just did a great job. They made sure the floors are covered and the entry ways had these plastic drapes to prevent dust. The progress was smooth, all inspections passed the first time and they finished in 5 weeks as Guy planned. They also sent a cleaning crew that did a great job.
