"It went great. Scott was very fair on his quotes, always tried to find the better deal from his suppliers. He came to my home and discussed every detail of the kitchen. Gave some wonderful suggestions and didn't try to push me into getting something I really didn't want. He worked in stages and did not stop until that one stage was done. He tore out my old cabinets and old three pane kitchen window. Built a new soffet and installed a new kitchen window. Put in my new cabinets, a granite counter top and oak crown molding in the whole kitchen and small hallway. He also installed a new kitchen sink, back-splash and laid a new vinyl floor, and really important was he cleaned up as he went. My kitchen is beautiful. I recommend him highly."

"This was a massive remodel with lots of subcontractors and people involved. There were initially some delays and communication issues, but overall, it was a good experience. All of the subcontractors were professional and trustworthy, their work was amazing, and the contractor and foreman were very responsive to any of our concerns. There was a final cleaning that was a little disappointing, but overall we were very happy with the project get and love the final result. The expected date of completion did get pushed back almost a month. Also, had a couple issues with being short material, but this was remedied quickly. "

"We were quite satisfied and happy with the job Arnold's did with installing our new windows. The product was great and they look great. There were 2 flaws in the product and that company came and fixed it within a couple weeks. Arnold's installers were very professional and personable. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Arnold's sent someone to inspect and even checked up after the 2 items were repaired. The product is Polaris windows and we are very happy with them and the difference we noticed this winter (2017-2018 in Toledo, OH) in our heating bill. We had a very frigid January and our gas bill showed an increase in usage of only 13 CCFs from last January which was extremely mild compared to this year. We were very happy. Arnold's did our roof in June and we experienced the same satisfaction and service. We would use them again."

At the outset Integrity oversaw the addition of 1100 square feet of basement to the house's existing 1000 square feet of basement. This was a major job, involving massive steel beams, rerouting of utilities and tie-ins between the existing foundation and the new structure.
