"A few minor bumps along the way. Slight delay due to product order not arriving on time. James Padget handled the final part of our claim and did a good job at returning our calls. We were pleased with the roofers but it would have been nice to have had a least one person on the job at all times who could have spoken English so that I could have been asked simple things such as unlocking our gates (they instead were climbing the privacy fence each time they needed in the yard to clean up until O spotted them and unlocked the gate.) The work done looks great and 6 months later we have not had any leaks or reasons for concern. I would use them again for the roofing portion of this job only as I'm very pleased with the work and appearance of the roof."

"HPC sent carpenters to do the trim replacement a couple of weeks prior to the painting.  They did both homes on the same day.
About 2 weeks later they started the painting and were able to do the primer coat in one day.  Weather prevented them for completing the job the next few days, but they did come back several times to finish up.  The final walk around was very productive and touch ups were done.  I would say overall they were very accommodating, and did what they could considering the wet weather.  I do think the paint job looks very good and the quality of the paint is very high.   Time will tell how the quality lasts and what their response will be 10 years from now if we need touch ups.
