"It was a big job, but Keith and Ann arrived early at 8:45am and completed the project at 3:45pm. They covered all areas surrounding each vent with drop cloths and worked throughout the house. The air duct cleaning unit is self contained, but they made sure to vacuum up any residual debris from removing the vents. They also washed and re-installed all vents. Keith also did a small repair on an air duct in my attic that was letting in warm air at no charge! This is the 2nd time I have used Clean Pro and they were just as courteous, prompt, and organized as ever. I would definitely recommend their services! They also provide a number of other services you can look into on their website. I plan to have our fabric sectional sofa and dining room chairs stain sealed in the future. They also clean drapes and carpet. A+ for Clean Pro!"

"After making the decision to do a complete shower replacement we decided to get a couple of estimates. The first estimate we received was a bit startling so I decided to try Angles List. When I got to David Devall’s company information I was very impressed with all the excellent reviews and the extensive photo gallery displaying his past work. David’s estimate was basically half that of the first estimate and he started the job about 5 weeks later when all the materials arrived. The first day was spent removing the old shower and preparing the stud walls for the new surface material. He finished the job 3 days after that. David is extremely talented and new just how to resolve all the unforeseen challenges that arose after removing the old shower. By the time his work was complete I knew why all the reviews had such high marks. Needless to say, my wife and I could not have been more pleased with the finished product."

"Originally hired to regrout bathroom tile installed in 1940â s. Did a spectacular job of making shine like NEW! Based on the first project hired for additional reconditioning of older bathrooms in 100+ year homes to shinny and looking new. Then hired for installation of kitchen backsplash. Did a superb job ever time. Also Marcus Iâ d extremely pleasant, courteous, respectful and extremely professional taking great pride in his work product. "I needed to have some cleaning done in a hurry. I chose this company because of its good reviews, because they were able to offer next-day service and because they did carpet cleaning, pressure washing and tile cleaning with one truck and one visit.
The carpet cleaning went OK, but the pressure washing of exterior concrete pavers and brick pavers left behind several dirty spots (where puddles of dirty water had apparently been left to evaporate) that were not evident until the surfaces had dried.  I had hoped that the interior tile cleaning would remove built up dirt from the grout, but the tile really didn't look cleaner after the floor scrubbing than before.  That was money wasted, because on a square foot basis, the tile cleaning was more expensive than the carpet cleaning.
I talked to the owner of the company later, and rather than adjusting the bill, he sent the crew back to re-clean some of the exterior surfaces.  As a result, I changed my overall rating from a C to a B.  This company is responsive and professional, but they lack the right equipment to clean interior tile floors.  I obtained better results cleaning some tiles a few years ago by using a scrub brush and a box of baking soda.  I would use this company again only for carpet cleaning.

I contacted Skinners Flooring to get estimate and some ideas for replacing a very small walk-in shower that had no handrails nor seat. The old shower was to demolished and the drain was relocated to properly drain the new, much larger shower. Daniel kept things neat, was always prompt and finish the shower in a timely fashion Working with Daniel throughout this process was a pleasure, he was very easy to work with and very professional and knowledgeable which allowed me to focus on my Mother. The room had been sanitized meeting the Covid-19 guidelines. Each room inside of the studio was to my liking including the restrooms.
