"We obtained several opinions and quotes, and decided to go with Mark and his team because they provided several solutions for the issue: 1) Install pipe underground that connected our sump pump output to a pop-up at the bottom of the yard, so that water from the sump pump could no longer saturate the lawn 2) plant topsoil and grass, so that the water had a place to go instead of just washing the mud down the hill, and 3) redo the concrete step at the base of our walkway with a gradient so that water would no longer collect there. All three solutions worked. We have since had two storms and our walkway has remained puddle and mud-free. Furthermore, Mark was very professional. Proactive communication, arrived on-time as expected. Called before he came by. Mark proved to be trustworthy, and followed-through on everything he said he would do. Mr. Drew Hall came out to look and discuss the project. When we later met at TLC to discuss solutions, Mr. Hall clearly explained what has to be done and showed me photos of a similar project. "Amazing work yet again from Marvin and his crew. They arrived promptly at 9:30am and completed the job by 3:30pm. They removed vines that were growing on my retaining wall, cleaned weeds and dirt around the top of the wall, repairs the stairs, and retaining wall base. The fixed wall cracks, removed the old junk filling, and installed wire mesh, fresh sand, gravel, and concrete. Previous estimates ranged from $9k-$45k to replace the wall/stairs, but that was outside my price range. Marvin recommended repairing the wall which would buy me a few years and get me past this pandemic. I’d 100% use them again in the future and strongly recommend them to any of my friends doing home hardscaping or landscaping."
