"Original aluminum windows had mostly lost their seals and were fogged. Heard about Dave so approached him to to replace a few of the worst windows, but after seeing the advantages of new windows and the reasonable cost (Renewal by Anderson quoted me over $50,000!) we decide to do all the windows. We had to order some custom windows due to the curved tops but they still were delivered by Alside within about 4 weeks and installation was schedule almost immediately. The install crew showed up on time and did a great job. Took their time to take out the old and install the new and finished in 2 days. I was very impressed with the crew! I especially liked that they had worked long term with Dave and when he stopped by to check on the status they obviously had a friendly relationship. New windows look great!"

"Mark came out and brought some samples that he actually applied to my window for me to select from.  They measured the windows that I wanted to do and gave me an estimate on the spot.  They were polite, professional, knowledgeable and were not aggressive.  I took a few days to decide and in the meantime decided to add some more windows to the order.  I kept changing my mind on what windows to do and Mark was always helpful and willing to reprice and do what I wanted.  He was very flexible with my needs even though it caused him more trouble in regards to getting the material and scheduling his installers. The installers Brad and Jim were great.  Very clean, courteous, and professional.  They both had a lot of experience in applying films and did a great job.  They worked around the window treatments with no problems and worked quickly and steadily all day.  The installers realized they were a little short on film and Mark made a special trip out to my house with more film so the job could be finished the same day.  Part of the shortage was due to a mistake on my part and we agreed on a modified price that was very fair to me and the whole time Mark was pleasant and worked to make sure that I was happy. The job looks great.  So good in fact, that my wife who was very hesitant to have film installed has agreed that we should have them come back out and do the rest of the house.  This will be a total of somewhere around 800 or 900 square feet of windows. He proactively discussed how grids would align with other windows and let us know if there might be a problem. His foresight, expertise and knowledge make him the best partner for new windows.
