"Mr. Webb came out to do my estimate quickly after my initial request. I had some odd jobs around my house that I have been meaning to take care of. He charged me a flat, per day amount that I thought was very reasonable. I ordered the columns that needed to be replaced in front of my house and he told me that his crew would pick everything up from the store on the way over to do the work.
It was the easiest process I have ever experienced with a service provider. He told me when they would be out, which was about 2 weeks from my initial contact ? very quick, in my opinion.  I also didn't even need to be home since everything was outside that needed to be repaired.  When I got home from work everything was complete and looked so good.  I was also provided all of the receipts for anything they had to go out and buy to finish the job, which I really appreciated.  The only not positive thing for me is that I wish I would have had an idea of how long each job would take.  When I got home early that day to check the progress, they were already finished.  There were a couple other minimal things I could have had them do (replace two lighting fixtures outside) if I would have known the time for completion on the other jobs would not take a full day, since I was paying a per-day rate.  However, as I?ve said, the rate was very reasonable, so I wasn?t too worried about it. 
Overall, it was a very positive experience.  I already know that I will use them again for a later project and have recommended them to others.

"I had an emergency with a broken/frozen water pipe.  Bruce responded quickly and repaired it in no time.  This involved crawling under a house in icy and wet conditions.  I am so glad to have someone  dependable and fair to call on.

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

"This contractor was completely professional, and was easy to talk to. We asked several questions while he was performing the work, and he took the time to answer our questions and concerns, and he explained what he was doing as he was performing the work. I would HIGHLY recommend Patrick Plumbing to anyone. As a matter of fact, I asked for business cards so that I could pass them out and hang them in prominent locations at my company's headquarters building. Just awesome work and friendly, professional service during the entire job. We will be calling Patrick Plumbing when/if we ever need plumbing work again."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
