"I actually had two different services- one was the $29 service call deal, to see why my dryer wasn't working properly. He said that the vent probably needed to be cleaned, because it was heating up, but not drying. He said if it's not that, then the dryer might need to be replaced, since it would be an expensive repair (and my dryer is 10 years old). So I bought the $69 vent cleaning deal, and they came out the next day. Both men were very professional and polite, and the man who cleaned the vent. also made sure to clean up the dust on the floor. He knew exactly what to do to problem solve to try to fix it that day. He discovered that the pump failed, and Tristan was able to get the part sent overnight. He was back at my house at 8 AM the next morning to install the pump. It is working really well, and I hope I can get some more time out of this excellent washer.
