We had some stones missing before their repair and they took the time to select fieldstones that would fit in the empty spaces. They took the time to hand select similar sized stones. The kitchen was completed in mid-September, and we signed off with a contingency. Nine cabinet doors did not meet our expectations due to cracks or poor assembly, and we requested replacements. On October 23rd, we followed up to ask if the cabinets had been ordered but received no response. I reached out again recently and feel we are being avoided. The quality of the finished work was good, but the lack of communication and professionalism made the experience frustrating."
