"Unique Builders We had a complete Kitchen gut and remodel. Yes there were hiccups along the way but all were handled professionally and to our complete satisfaction. After being in road construction I can say no project goes perfectly and it this the measure of a company as to how the problems are handled. Steve and Unique get an A+ here. "Brandon returned my call promptly and came out to give a detailed estimate for painting, repairing, and doing small remodeling work on my home to get it ready to sell. I decided not work with him almost before he was done completing the estimate, because I felt like he insulted my home and my subdivision. He went so far as to say he wouldn't bother doing any of the remodeling work if he were me because I live in "fill-in-the-blank subdivision" and you won't get your money back. I will note that the repairs and small remodeling work I specifically asked him to do, were the specific items my real estate agent suggested for a better resale value of my home, based on my neighborhood. Brandon even went so far as to suggest that the quality of people in my neighborhood and the schools we are zoned to are sub-par. <br />"

Excellent communications and problem solving throughout the project process. Project results were better than expected. Excellent followup after completion. We hear bad things about remodeling contractors all the time. For once there is a contractor who hit all the bullet points - fair, honest, timely, communications, quality of work, followup, and all at a fair competitive price. I cannot recommend MTC more, and have recommended them often."
