"After arriving a bit late (though they were very good about keeping me updated regarding the delay), Tony was great about trying to help us identify the source of a leak causing a significant muddy area in the yard. When I was skeptical regarding his guess about the source, he and his assistant dug up the yard a bit to confirm the source was not underground. (Tony was right all along--it wasn't.) He also looked at our water heater (which they do routinely, apparently) and saw that our expansion tank was not functioning. He explained why this mattered, why it likely wasn't working (age), and replaced it."

"This gentleman realized the reason my water heater was spewing water, after only six years, was because there was no regulator on the water coming into the house and it was coming in at 150psi! He replaced the water heater and when I smelled gas afterwards he double checked all the pipes, including the gas pipes, and fixed the gas leaks, on an old pipe for the gas, immediately. Everything has worked wonderfully since!"

"Awesome.We have used these guys in the past for other houses, but since new ownership, it has gone to the next level.

The attention to detail was superb. We needed an additional air intake made and installed into existing ductwork for maximum efficiency, and they did this all at no extra cost. They came back after install to check on the new system. The new unit was priced well, and the installation from start to finish was superb. As always, these guys seem to hire the best technicians, knowledgable, friendly, polite and so helpful.

Wonderful experience. We really don't shop around on these guys, as we might save a couple dollars elsewhere from time to time, but the service is so good, I wouldn't use anyone else."

"We’ve used Jimmy from Coleson Plumbing for years for all of our plumbing projects! Our house was built in 1957 so you can imagine the issues we’ve had over the years. Jimmy from Coleson Plumbing has replaced all of our Galvanized Pipe with PVC, installed 2 Regulators, replaced our Hot Water Heater with a Tankless Hot water heater and also installed our kitchen and bathroom fixtures and repaired a slow drain we’ve had for the past 10 years that past plumbers could never fix properly! "The quality of work was excellent, the technician was friendly and completed the work in a timely manner. The issue I have is that the company charges $125/hr for labor time, and for 1 pvc trap, a couple feet of 2' pvc, a quarter sheet of plywood, 1 bag of mortar, 6 feet of copper, 3 valves and misc right angles, the charge for materials is $170. I provided my own shower valve which I can buy for $30 or so at Home depot or Lowes, but they said the part costs $60. The business is marking up supplies, which I think is unfair, and had I known I would have supplied more of the parts myself, so as to save money. Thank goodness I had a Living social deal, which probably negated the mark up and saved me a little cash."

"All went well but Daniel Sullivan never returned to complete the project on services paid. Called and sent 3+ emails with no response. Sink faucets never installed paid for this service. Need additional adjustments on work performed...leaks with shower head and adjustments needed to free standing bath tub faucet."

"It went well, they had a better solution to move the toilet and they found a leak in my pipes. Had a few hiccups. due to my plumbing, no fault of theirs, and they fixed or made it work. They showed up on time did a great job cleaning up. I would defiantly hire them again."
