I signed contract but used 3 day cancel clause to back out. Then someone else came to talk with us and gave us quote of $8000 for basically the same shower with a minor detail change. They were prompt and finished within one day. We had a minor issue with the mixer valve on faucet not being set correctly. They came out within a day or so and fixed it. Overall, we were pleased. I just think they should have a set price. I felt like we were taken advantage of by the initial salesman."

"These guys were amazing and incredible.  We originally contacted Lowes for a consultation but we weren't very convinced that was the route to take based on knowledge and costs.  So on a review of Angie's list we saw that this company had an "A" rating.  So we reached out to them and the initial consultation was thorough and answered all of our questions.  It was very clear to us this was their profession.
What really impressed us was the professionalism of the staff when they came to install the windows.  They worked through the day without hardly any breaks and installed the windows very quickly and professionally.  The half round took the most time but they installed it and it looks absolutely wonderful.  In addition the tinting on the windows has drastically reduced the heat coming into one room and it is almost like a self cooled air conditioned room now!  We were so impressed with their work that we even included a $200 bonus for of them to have a steak dinner.
