"It's been less than 24 hours since they completed the work. They arrived at 10am and worked for 12 hours straight. Discovered some leaks above existing shower coming from dishwasher and contractor says he fixed it by tightening the valve into the dishwasher. The length measurement was off by 2 inches so they had to improvise a 2 inch offset from the studs. Overall the completed work looks nice. Time will tell if the product and installation is quality and if they will stand up to their lifetime guarantee if something starts to leak or warp. 4 starts strictly because of cost and gaps not caulked on the replaced shoe moulding."

"Lisa and Joey , husband and wife owners, showed up with a tape measure, request to see the site, and questions about what we wanted for our two bathrooms remodel. They provided a detailed affordable price list that allowed us to pick our own product. Upfront about a timeline (approximately a week )they always left us with a working shower and toilet. Stayed in constant communication!!! Three man seasoned crew was conscientious, attentive to detail and adept at plumbing, carpentry, drywall, installation,etc and left place spotless! Can’t say enough about quality of work! We are scheduling a kitchen makeover with Dixie Home Improvement the first of the year."

"Very prompt in coming out and measuring and letting us pick out what we wanted. They couldn't do the floor, only around the tub and in the shower. They would not remove the old tile (which was in excellent condition, just outdated) wanted to use the acrylic and cover it up! I didn't like that idea and also didn't like the look. The price was outrageous, wanted over $12,000 just to cover up. I found a tile guy who did both bathrooms (removed the old tile down to the studs) including floors, with rich, durable porcelain tile. He also installed insert boxes in both and a seat in the shower. We did both bathrooms from top to bottom including replacing fixtures, sinks, cabinet tops, commodes, etc. for $2,000 LESS. Yes, it did take longer but the finish product is no comparison. I would not recommend this company, it pays to shop around!"

"These guys were amazing and incredible.  We originally contacted Lowes for a consultation but we weren't very convinced that was the route to take based on knowledge and costs.  So on a review of Angie's list we saw that this company had an "A" rating.  So we reached out to them and the initial consultation was thorough and answered all of our questions.  It was very clear to us this was their profession.
What really impressed us was the professionalism of the staff when they came to install the windows.  They worked through the day without hardly any breaks and installed the windows very quickly and professionally.  The half round took the most time but they installed it and it looks absolutely wonderful.  In addition the tinting on the windows has drastically reduced the heat coming into one room and it is almost like a self cooled air conditioned room now!  We were so impressed with their work that we even included a $200 bonus for of them to have a steak dinner.
