David explained to me how everything worked and again, answered all my questions. David and Josiah were friendly and even nice to my little dog, who barked at them until she realized they were "friends". David even gave her a treat! All you "dog people" know that is special. Este's says that the manufacturer has to send someone out to upgrade the computer. No one can tell me when that will be. Unacceptable."
