They went the extra mile or three to make sure the work was completed to perfection, even though the pipes were old and fiddly and required constant changes of strategy. Every operation was thoroughly explained and all questions were gladly answered. They were extremely punctual and tackled my problem promptly. Plus, there was no mess afterwards. They spotted several potential problems, estimated the remaining lifespan of various systems (it's an old house), suggested potential fixes and provided ballpark estimates to help plan the future. Long story short, my man Dave knew exactly the brand and type of part it needed, drove down the street to Roush Hardware to pick one up (yeah it was so rare lol) and inside an hour had it fixed, saving me more than $500 in the process. I’m done with the others. I found my plumber from here on out. Thanks Jack Woods Plumbing. You thoroughly embarrassed the other Westerville “plumbers.”"
