"It could not have possibly gone better. The repair was done in no time and the cost was less than quoted. It doesn't get much better than that. I also want to add that somebody apparently was able to log in under my account and gave these people a rating of F and I want to apologize for that. It was not me and I would never give them a negative rating. As a matter of fact I just made an appointment with them to come and repair our washing machine so again I'm sorry for the problem. I have contacted Angie's List and asked them to remove it. For whatever reason they won't let you remove reviews yourself......which doesn't really make much sense to me but anyway...sorry for the mistake All Better Appliance LLC. "You won't be disappointed hiring Rob, he is honest, punctual, professional, and totally knowledgeable! I was panicked having to find a repairman for my oven and freezer so I took a chance on Rob's and requested a quote at around 10pm online thinking he may get back to me in the morning.....he called me that night at about 1010pm! I used the "PLUS" part of his service and made an odd request of him. Being a broke grandma on fixed income I asked him if he would just diagnose the problems and I would order parts and make the repair myself. He agreed and I only had to pay a service call of $99 (for 1/2 hr), I ordered a part for $17 for the stove and unfortunately he had to pronounce the freezer dead unless I wanted to pay around $800 to fix it. Rob was very helpful to make sure I knew exactly what part to order and find the least expensive. I am soooooo happy and relieved I have a new appliance (plus) guy to replace mine that passed away after his 30 year service to me. HAPPY IN WHITE HOUSE ?"
