The crew that put the windows in was fast and efficient. I appreciated the wife of owner/manager also works with them. It was more comfortable having another female present rather than a bunch of men invading the house. All cleanup was performed so the job was complete. Windows look very nice, have greatly improved warmth in house. I love the fact I can open windows from the top to allow air flow without blowing papers off my desk and work area.

"It went very well and we are very happy with our new windows. One window was cracked during shipping and they discovered it and ordered a new one right away. A couple weeks later when it came in they replaced it. We felt bad for the guys that did the work because it was the two hottest days of the summer. They did an amazing job while working in the heat. "The salesman was very professional and covered all details with me. On the day of the scheduled install they arrived promptly but were unaware they were second floor windows and a third floor repair so he had to cancel. They were able to reschedule another crew the next day and they arrived promptly as well and got right to work. Each member of the team had a responsibility and they worked together perfectly. One of the window openings was not square so the installer had to work longer on that window to make sure it fil just right and slid open without binding. When they completed they did a great job cleaning up."

My continuous calls for window installation yielded, no apology or price break. Once installed payment notice immediately mailed with threat of collections because contract states payment at time of completion. No follow up on warranty, servicing etc of my crawl space encapsulation as promised to me at time of signing contract."
