"<p>I apologize for my two year delay in this review. These guys did an excellent job.. The new windows replaced the old originals on my thirty year old beach front house. Naturally the crew encountered rotten wood, out of square openings and a slightly inclined floor where the patio doors would sit. All were solidly installed and trimmed out very nicely. We did have one install problem. The sill pan under the sliding doors did not drain properly and was just too thin of a material for my liking. I had two marine grade stainless steel sill pans custom made and "Walls and Windows" pulled the doors and reinstalled them with the SS sill pans. Also, along the way a couple of screens have been damaged. Per Simonton's warranty they were replaced without charge. In addition, whenever I've called to ask a question Peter and Rene were always been helpful. Although this review is a couple of years after the fact the positive point is that the windows and doors operate as well as when installed in a beach house that literally moves with the wind.</p> <br />"

"We had an excellent experience with Renaissance Windows, from start to finish. We replaced all the windows in the house with Marvin Infinity Fiberglass double hung high efficiency windows. The visit with the sales rep, Tom, was informative, low key, and not pushy. He worked up several different packages for us over a couple weeks as we thought through the project. We had Gulf Coast Windows out just before Renaissance, and it was a high pressure sales job with a 'today only' price, which was still higher than Renaissance price for similar windows. We had planned to call another company or two for comparison, but after the positive experience with Tom and the competitive price for similar windows, we decided to go with Renaissance. The installation was amazing. We've had a lot of construction done in past few years, and we always had to watch and oversee the work closely. We quickly discovered that we didn’t have to do that with Renaissance. Philip (and his apprentice Tim) installed the windows. Philip is a true artisan and it shows. He is meticulous, for example, he found a slight dimension issue in one of the windows from the factory and pointed it out to us (we might not have noticed it). Renaissance had another window made to replace it."

"These guys are great. They gave me a bid within two days of my initial contact. It took about three weeks to manufacture the windows. I was out of town when they came in but was easily able to schedule installation when I returned. The crew of seven showed up on a Saturday and replaced all 24 windows in five hours. They put drop cloths everywhere and cleaned everything up. All of my windows are alarmed except two. I had always assumed the wires were never run, but AWP found them in the wall and connected them. The new windows are significantly quieter than my old windows. I no longer hear cars driving by. I highly recommend them."
