"This is the second time we’ve used Nick and his crew for flooring. Nick was very flexible from the start. My wife and I both work full time and we have young school aged kids so meeting with a contractor during regular business hours was nearly impossible to accomplish. On several occasions before we even officially began the project, Nick came over late after the kids were already in bed to discuss our plans and ideas for what we wanted done and to offer his opinions. We have always been impressed with Nick that he is not pushy or overly “salesy”, we definitely did not feel pressured to start the project until we were ready and convinced it was what we wanted to do. We had about 1,000 sq ft of flooring replaced this time around and it was very nice knowing that Nick and his crew were very conscious about the fact that we have young children and treated our house like their own and made sure there was nothing left that they could have injured themselves on. Heck, they even let our dog out and played with him a little bit each day because he’s not normally in his crate all day. The floors came out beautifully, we are so happy with the finished results. While it was not a cheap project, I believe the labor charged on top of the materials was very fair. I would highly recommend anyone use Nick’s Tile and More because you can truly tell they take pride in their work and care about the customer more than the paycheck."

Dawn and Stonebridge were a soothing influence, with a can do attitude and professional touch that was just what we needed. From selection of the perfect slab of granite, cabinets, faucets, floor tile and tub conversion, Dawn made sure it was done, completed to our satisfaction and in a timely fashion. No complaints here, just a feeling of fulfillment, and that is something we don’t take for granted these days. We have experienced our share of frustration over the years, but this was money well spent!"

"Everything about this project was amazing we can hardly believe how extraordinary our house now looks. The job was done earlier then expected even after we made some last minute changes. We had the flooring done in 3 rooms and a hallway, the galley kitchen and living room turned into one large kitchen and dining room, paint in the new living room, hallway kitchen and bathrooms done, a window and 3 doors replaced as well as the floor lifted and leveled in 2 places. We had floors that squeaked quite a bit and he was able to get rid of them all before installing the new flooring. He was patient with us when we decided to change a few plans last minute such as paint color, moving a beam from the ceiling to above the ceiling. When the current living room/ kitchen was being demoed it happened quickly and cleanly. He was able to lift the floor to the living room side up to match the kitchen after tearing out the fireplace. It is hard to believe we have the same house it looks like it was always meant to be this way."

"Rob and his crew were excellent. We were referred to Rob from some friends of ours. We hired him because we had seen his work from our friend's kitchen so we felt comfortable with the quality of the work. We hired Rob to fully remodel 2 bathrooms in a home we recently purchased. The bathrooms were extremely outdated so both of them were gut jobs down to the sub-floor and framing. 1st Bathroom: Complete removal of everything existing. New electrical was done to re-position lights. A new bathtub and surround was installed. A new toilet was installed, as well as new vanity along with new floor tile, drywall, and painting. All fixtures and mirrors were replaced as well. 2nd Bathroom: Complete removal of everything existing. New tiled shower surround, new toile, and new vanity were installed. All drywall was replaced and painting was done. All fixtures and mirrors were replaced as well. My favorite part about Rob is his attention to detail and interest in the quality of his work. If a paint line wasn't straight enough the first time, he would re-do it. He even used a small paint brush for models to touch up one area to get it just right! We has recently had all our floors refinished, and Rob took the time to cut and install RamBoard on all flooring to make sure there was no damage. When there were surprises that came up (as there is with ANY job like this) Rob didn't get dramatic and act like it was the end of the world, he would get the part and fix it and explain to us what needed to be done. I really appreciated his professionalism and quality work. We will definitely use Rob again when we do future remodel jobs."

"I highly recommend this company! We discovered a leak that seemed to come out of nowhere. A few other companies came out to give us quotes, but the prices seemed so high. My husband was on Facebook and saw an ad for Rock Solid Exteriors. I was hesitant because there were some reviews that worried me, but we had them come out to give us a quote. We met with Ray and after his inspection, he informed us that we had some pretty bad damage from a storm that had gone through our area and that we could actually use our homeowners insurance to file a claim. He also suggested replacing our attic insulation as we had water get into the attic from the leak. It took a little bit to get through everything, but Ray worked with our insurance company and provided them all the information they needed. And our claim was approved! We now have a brand-new roof and attic insulation. It makes me feel good knowing that everything is fixed and ready for winter. Also, the ladies in the production department are great! We would absolutely use them again."

"You would have to be careful of whatever you order. Make sure you're there when everything arrives to make sure you get what you ordered. If you're installing a roof, sit outside and make sure they put every layer on they're suppose to. They were suppose to put 3 layers of paper down before putting down the roof tiles. They said they did this, but if you go into our attic now - there are certain spots you can see the sky. We paid $8000 to have the roof done. I'm still getting debris falling in. They left nails in my grass. They didn't put down drop clothes when they were working."

"I had a leak and was unable to determine the source of the leak.  I requested someone come out and install a leak diverter while I investigated.  Express came out and assesses the situation and suggested it was most likely coming from the windows.  He took some pictures and called back with a price.  I though the price was high, but I was in a pinch, so I said OK.  He came back on the scheduled day, removed the old caulk, put down new caulk, an no more leak!  I have since spoken with some friends and have been informed the price was fair, I am frugal. Overall they did an excellant job and very responsive.
