"Barbara was phenomenal. A true professional dedicated to her craft and excellent customer service. We had a custom toilet that stopped working, and a leaky faucet in the same bathroom. She reached out right away after requesting a quote through Angi, and she came the same day. At first she told us that the toilet required a part she’d have to order, and after fiddling with the faucet, recommended the 15 year-old fixture be replaced. I offered to purchase it from Home Depot or Lowe’s she agreed to come back to replace the old one and install it in 3 days. After she left, she called me back and asked if she can return because she figured out how she could try to fix the toilet with existing parts she had in her truck. She did it. The toilet is functioning better than it did before the problems began! She then returned 3 days later as promised to replace the bathroom faucet, a complicated project because of the cabinet structure that she stuck with and skillfully completed. On a personal note. We bonded once I asked about the name of the company, which her father, who founded the company, named after his Navy ship. My dad also served in the Navy. Barbara kept me regularly posted about when she’d arrive and the progress of the work. She was true to her word. I’d gladly paid her for her excellent work."

I would use Chris again for myself and would highly recommend him to others. Chris answered all my questions and explained exactly what he planned to do in a way this 83 year old could understand. They were at my house a couple of hours later and assessed the problem. They explained what had to be done and gave me an estimate. They were $700 less than my other company. Mike and his assistant Mike got to work right away and solved the problem. They were great, professional and very friendly. They charge $49.95 for an estimate and waive that if you do the repair. They are now my new plumbing company and if I have any plumbing problems in the future they will be the first call."
