When the job required more than we had anticipated, Mark arranged to come back two days later, again convenient to my schedule, and completed the repair/replacement of some plumbing while clearing the pipes. Professional and superb quality of work, Mark was also wonderfully pleasant and enjoyable to work with. I was not able to be present for the final repairs on the second visit so Mark actually sent me pictures of the work upon completion and a video of the water vortexing down the drain! His final price for the two visits and work was very fair, I could not have been more pleased with the whole experience."

So we decided to changed to another company, Master Sewer and Piping Inc. Sam came in with his crews 20 min after we called, they did inspection, put a camera into the main sewer and found the falling metal pipe pieces in the main sewer, they remove it and this this, the drain issue was complete solved. We also asked they to replace the hot water heater. They came in with a brand new heater and finish the replacement within a day. Sam and his crews are very professional and experienced.
