The replacement molding wasn't an exact profile match but after he was done installing and painting, you would never know. It looks perfect. I also hired him to clean off a shed roof that was a mess. It turned out to be more work than he expected but he honored his bid and did another great job and cleaned up beautifully. He is a really great guy and we look forward to having him help us with our bathroom remodel."

As he was leaving I asked if he would be willing to put in the dimmer switch I had sitting on the counter in the dining room. He was very accommodating and took care of it for another $30. The $130 price was worth it to us - now we can use the ceiling fan light and our dimmer is working!"

"Richard and his crews are amazing. I’ve had them do various remodeling work at my home over the years, which has amounted to a full remodel. Most recently they painted my house, installed new gutters, redid my landscaping and hardscaping (including installing a new outdoor shower and drain), rebuilt a set of indoor stairs to our loft (very steep rise/run and narrow, but Richard made them very usable and safe for my young kids) and finished parts of my attic in a smart way that that added a ton of space and utility to my home (he was very creative and solved a ton of issues that others struggled with).
