"We were very impressed with the crew that serviced our Superior DVR5000 gas fireplace. They fixed the unit in ten minutes, and then spent the next forty minutes cleaning the unit and then spray painted the metal box to make it look new. They also added some type of wool shavings to make it look like real wood embers were glowing at the bottom of the gas logs. They cleaned up and left everything spotless. And they were very professional and informative throughout the whole process. Absolutely, positively will use them again for future repairs or replacements.

"Very unprofessional. Never finished the job. Didn't use our chemicals as instructed. Owner was truly horrible. They had a tech call to say they wouldn't be back. No explanation. Pool opening was promised to be completed in a week. The kids were very upset. Three weeks later we had help from the internet and friends. Worst experience ever with everyone there except their repair and service crew. The woman who owns this place is rude and completely unprofessional. I'm not paying for a full pool open when it wasn't done. Rude."
