"Straight Up Plumbing came to our rescue on a holiday week when our hot water heater failed and pipes under the kitchen sink sprung a leak. We had already gotten an estimate from them for a leaky pipe attached to our water softener, so they fixed that, too. They squeezed us in, kept us informed throughout the day about changes in the anticipated arrival time, and did it all cheerfully. Robert, the service tech, was incredibly helpful, friendly, positive and professional. When he determined that the water heater needed replacement, the company sent another employee out with a new one and they both worked late to install it. Robert stayed even later to explain everything and answer all our questions. This was not a small thing since we live in a rural area, a pretty good distance from the company headquarters and Robert's home. The work was all done impeccably; no shortcuts. To top it off, Robert knew exactly how much every repair was going to cost before he did it and the total bill was reasonable even on the day before a holiday.
