"I called Marko, sent him a picture id what I wanted, explained my super tight schedule. Marko scheduled an install time, was the right on time. It was raining so he brought his own drop cloths to walk on to protect my floors! Marko was amazing. Excellent pricing. Will hire again and recommend to all I meet!"

"I was in constant contact with them,by phone, before the installation. I was nervous about what I had chosen and was invited to take my time and go to the showroom to see it on a larger scale. Measuring day and day of installation the crew were prompt, very clean, very professional. Everything was covered during installation and they happily answered any questions I had. There was a very small problem with one of the countertops fitting correctly. It was immediately taken care of and a new countertop piece was made and installed within a few days. My kitchen is absolutely beautiful! They were so easy to work with and very accommodating. I highly recommend Granite Transformations in Berlin NJ."

"Had a great experience with Love Tile and Marble! If you are looking for high quality workmanship, honest people to work in your home, at reasonable prices, this is the company to go with. Trust me. If you want to know more, read on....
I was introduced to Love Tile and Marble through a claim with my home owner's insurance. Kevin and his team were sent out as sub-contractors for the tile repair. The insurance company paired us with a project manager to handle all aspects of the demolition and re-building of our two bathrooms. Long story short - we had a terrible experience with that project manager, and their other sub-contractors (the electrician, plumber, etc). The ONLY positive experience we had through the entire process was with Love Tile and Marble. Their workmanship was superior. They showed professionalism. And just as important, they showed respect for my home. These guys put down canvas to protect my hardwood floors and wiped their boots on the mat before they came in. It may seem like small gestures. But, through the 3 months of hellish renovations and dozens of contractors in and out of my home, the respectful ones stand out.
After choosing my new floor tile, Kevin made suggestions on the pattern because of the imperfections in the tile (1/3 pattern, as opposed to the 1/2 pattern I originally wanted). I agreed with his suggestion and the floors came out beautifully! We also hired him again for other work, since we were so happy with his previous work.
Bottom line - Kevin and his team are utterly fantastic. Fair and reasonable prices for top quality workmanship (which I can personally attest - is tough to find these days)."

"I have a 100+-year-old greenhouse on my property that was in total disrepair. Several builders refused to do the project because it would be too much work. Mike, not only agreed to do the project but he gave us a reasonable price. He offered his professional opinion on areas of concern and actively listened to our wants. He did what we requested even if it made the project harder for him. He was reliable and even showed up to work in 20-degree weather and pouring rain. The project did not go as quickly as he had planned due to supply chain issues but it still was finished in a reasonable amount of time. I am very pleased with the completed project. Repairs were: new roof on garage and shed attached to greenhouse, new shelving inside, new plexiglass and wood frame for greenhouse with custom ventilation, upgraded electric, and plumbing, new doors including custom garage door, cinder block wall repair, removal of old heater. Would definitely hire him again."

"Joe and his team were wonderful to work with. We needed our ceilings painted in preparation to list our house. There was some water damage in a closet from a previous roof leak and some damage to the downstairs ceiling from a poorly taped drywall panel. Joe managed to squeeze our job in for quick turnaround which was greatly appreciated.
He estimated about 1 day of work on the house. He and his team arrived promptly that morning and began by moving necessary furniture and applying dropcloths and plastic sheeting on everything. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen difficulties, they ran into problems with the closet and the downstairs repair. The closet had more extensive damage than initially thought which required replacing the drywall. They didn't have the items they needed to perform that repair. As for the downstairs, as they attempted to repair the poor tape job, their patch work kept bubbling and peeling. Something the prior owns had used to "fix" the problem was preventing them from successfully repairing the ceiling. I was worried this would cause serious delays, but Joe and his team were able to return the following day whereupon they continued the work. By the end of the day they had everything good as new. They packed up all of their equipment, vacuumed thoroughly and made certain that were happy with the job before they left. They didn't raise the originally quoted price either. As Joe told me, he doesn't like to raise prices for unforeseen issues.
He and his team were all very respectful and personable. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat. Their pricing was higher than others, but having seen the care they took with the job, the attention to detail, and the site preparation, it's clear why.

"Kip spent several hours when we first met with him to discuss our options with the remodel. We had ideas about what we wanted, but weren't sure how to turn those ideas into something that would work in the space we were dealing with. Kip listened to our ideas, asked some questions, and came up with a design using CAD (computer program). He printed out the remodel plan for us. Kip also did structural calculations since we were removing a supporting wall. Kip had a rough estimate ready for us that day.
Once we decided to use Millenium, Kip took us shopping to get some ideas for the materials we would need to pick out. The way Millenium works is that the client purchases many of the materials separately - the flooring, cabinets, countertops, appliances, etc. So as the client, you manage those purchases and any problems that may arise. In our opinion, this is part of what keeps the prices very reasonable. But, it can also be a bit stressful if you are not familiar with doing a remodel. This means that if you select more expensive countertops, cabinets, etc. compare to what was included in the estimate, the total cost will increase from the original quote.
Once our project began, there were a lot of different people in our house. Everyone was very personable, and we felt comfortable with them in our home. Along the way, there were some things that had to be changed. For example, we decided to go with nail down floors vs click and lock. We were not given a hard time about making the change and the up-charge was very reasonable.
The most frustrating part of the project was how long it took. There were some delays along the way due to 1) a soffit that had plumbing and 2) the countertops taking longer than we were officially told by 75 Cabinets. Once the project was completed, we were extremely pleased! There were a few things that needed to be taken care of after completion, and they were promptly taken care of. Overall, we love our new downstairs and were impressed that Millenium was able to do what we wanted while staying within our budget."
