"We bought an older home and several windows were letting in the winter draft. We decided this past year to have the windows replaced. From the consultation appointment to installation this company was completely professional. We did not feel forced into buying and the installers did an exceptional job. Our house stayed much warmer this winter. We will be using Renewal again!"

"I was able to research and order the part needed for my refrigerator repair and perform the repair myself. Parts were reasonable priced and delivered within 4 days of ordering. I saved $$hundreds by doing the repair myself. No need to replace the fridge."

"Ron inspected our roof quickly. The damage was minimal but he made some immediate repairs to ensure we didn't have any leaks or further damage. He worked closely with the manufacturer and the insurance companies throughout the process. It took a while because it was fire damage and the manufacturer had to determine how much to replace to protect our warranty. Once they made a determination, Ron replaced the front of our roof quickly and professionally. I have hired him for many other rental properties I manage and his company is always fast, professional, and well priced."

"Setting up the initial appointment was easy and someone was able to come out nearly right away.  The gentleman that came to help us pick styles, colors, and to measure the windows was on time and very friendly.  He offered advice and took his time to explain the different types of blinds.  He gave us an estimate regarding when the blinds would be in.  Their office kept in contact with us to let us know the status and once the blinds came in they were able to get us an installation appointment quickly.  The two gentlemen who came over to install the blinds were a bit late, but had called us in advance to let us know (which we really appreciated).  They were professional and friendly and took care not to track snow in the house.  The blinds were installed quickly and correctly.  They explained what to do if the blinds didn't stay down initially and let us inspect the hung blinds before they left.  We were very happy with everyone we talked with and we will definitely be using them again. <br />"

"All of Gill's workers, from the estimate, to the measurements to the installation, were punctual, professional, helpful in answering questions and efficient. <br /> It took about three months after the estimate before they were able to do the installation, but once they were available, they worked quickly and got the work done in one day. They did a good job of cleaning up after the job was done and explained how the windows can be taken out for cleaning. <br /> All in all, it was a positive experience from start to finish. <br />"

"The project took about 2 months simply because they are so busy only one employee was available most of the time and so he did 90% of the project! When the whole crew showed up it was quite evident that all DDD employees are equally gifted in their trade. Craftsmanship and attention to detail were quite evident during the whole project and the end result is beautiful. I think you may get similar services cheaper, but the quality of their work is quite noticeable when compared to other contractors work I have observed on neighbors houses. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend their services to anyone looking for siding, windows, doors or decks."

"Between Angies List and a few friends of mine  recommending Capitol, I called to set up a visit for an estimate.  <br /> I spoke with Brenda in the office told her the situation and that I would like someone to come out and give me an estimate on the repair.  She told me that it would probably take a week to 10 days to have someone come by.  I did ask that  the office call when the person would be stopping by so I could make sure I was home.   Meanwhile I had my insurance company look at the roof and give me  an estimate. <br /> A couple of weeks went by and I called to see what was going on and asked again about an estimate. I was told they would have someone call the  next day or so.  I never did hear  from anyone.  Suddenly on Feb 2, I heard a roofer making the repairs, which was good since we had a snow storm that night and the next day. <br /> <br /> I called the office on Monday , spoke to Brenda again about the price  and advised someone had fixed the roof.  She was going to get back to me the next day .  I didn't hear from her, but did receive the bill the following weekend.  The bill was less than wht the insurance company had quoted which was a nice surprise.   The work on the roof appears to be very well done; you can't tell where the damaged spot was. <br /> The only problem was the responses from the office and not having anyone give me an estimate in the beginning.  Perhaps miscommunication?"

FAQs for new windows service projects in Garrett, WY

Yes, bay windows add value to a home. They enhance the property by expanding the interior space and flooding rooms with natural light. Their unique three-panel design creates a stunning focal point that elevates curb appeal and modernizes living areas. This architectural detail increases both functional space and visual appeal, directly contributing to higher home resale value.

Yes, all window types have the potential to become part of a bay window configuration when modified correctly. The transformation involves reconfiguring standard windows into a multi-panel design that features a larger central window flanked by smaller ones. This process requires precise professional planning and custom framing to ensure durability, visual balance, and structural integrity.

Bay windows typically consist of three glass panels extending beyond the home's exterior walls, with a larger center panel flanked by two smaller ones. In contrast, bow windows are composed of four to six equally sized glass panels that create a gentle curve and do not extend as far from the exterior walls.

Bay windows cost more than standard windows because their expansive, multi-panel design requires additional materials and skilled labor. Their construction involves extra glass, specialized frame components that extend outward, and complex operating mechanisms. These technical demands necessitate precise engineering and multiple expert installations, thereby significantly increasing both material and labor expenses.

Bay windows cost three times more than standard double-hung windows because their design requires extra panels, expanded framing, and a more complex installation process. The advanced construction method increases material consumption and demands comprehensive expertise, while specialized window treatments further elevate expenses. This all results in a significant difference in overall project cost.
