"I have zero complaints about our tech, Jack. He was thorough and communicative! We have a system installed through the roof and he was able to paint the exhaust pipe to match the shingles. The front office wasn't as great. We had to schedule a follow up visit because the initial install wasn't going to work. Unfortunately they never put me on the schedule the second time. So my install day came and went but we didn't hear anything from Swat. I calle the next day and no one knew what I was talking about. Our account manager (Brian) was very apologetic and offered to take some money off our install because of the confusion and the fact that there were no available appointments until August 11th. Luckily they were able to add me to the top of their cancellation list, so we ended up with a system just 3 days later. I appreciate their willingness to make it right with me. I would reccommend them to others looking to have a radon abatement system installed."

"A two-man team worked very efficiently to remove each vent cover and vacuum inside the vent openings throughout the townhouse. One man removed the vent covers while the other man vacuumed inside the vent openings. No problems with how they worked but I think there are other companies who perform a more thorough cleaning of ductwork using other methods. This company did a superficial cleaning and worked very quickly. In and out within an hour.

"I've used Floodbusters twice in the last two years. The first time they came out and sealed a crack in my utility room to exposed concrete. The job was solid, but the sealant they used looked a bit sloppy. I called and the same week they came out and painted over it. Now it looks good! This was in 2019. This past February 2020 I had them come out again, this time they had to remove drywall to access where the crack was. Two different men came out then the first time. They did a pretty good job. All I need now is for my drywall to be replaced and another successful job will have been done and in the books. I really appreciate this company and highly recommend!"

Jordan Bird was our inspector and came as a recommendation from our Realtor which was a great referral. He had everything laying out for us when we arrived to the home that we are in the process of purchasing. He asked us what our concerns were about the house and explained what he was going to do and that we could follow behind him if we would like to. I did stand with him for a concern I had with a wall but after that I figured I'd let the man just do his job. Jordan did stop half way through the inspection  to give us an update on what he had found so far which was considerate since these things can consume a little time and it was nice to know how it was going. Overall, he was clean, professional and very nice. My wife and I were very happy with him and the service he provided.
