"Ben is an incredible communicator! He broke down some of the more complex heating and energy concepts by using a familiar 'every day' analogy that I could understand. NEVER ONCE did he try to 'sell' me on ANYTHING, he gave me a TON of information not just about the issues my home has but also what to look out for when choosing a service professional to perform the necessary work. I CANNOT say ENOUGH about this young man's professionalism, depth of knowledge, and communication skills. I got an EDUCATION and an ACTION PLAN out of this deal!"

"Zach was very professional and gave us such a great deal. This us his work done. It's installed and just happy to have him do the work and we will call him for any other work needed for upkeep or other plumming. We will also recommend him to others."

"I was asking for bids for a company to repair our AC. Wolcott came out, under the pretense of looking over things, and then charged me $97 for the service call. I paid for the service, since the technician did some work. At the end, he gave me a run down of the problems and said he would come back with his supervisor to bid out the rest of the work. I never heard from them again and my AC continues to not work properly. Won't be hiring them again."

"It went well. We will use his services again, if necessary."

"Our heat pump failed. The company that I have been using for AC servicing was not able to repair my heat pump in a timely manor, claiming they were waiting for a part. After enduring several weeks of hot weather in desperation I called Oregon Heating and Air Conditioning. Their bid was much lower and the repair was completed just in time before several !00 degree days were approaching. I wish to thank Clint for doing an excellent job of answering my questions and Sergio most of all for braving the heat of the day and working very hard to get the heat pump going. My wife and I are 75 and enduring heat is not as easy as when we were younger. Both Clint and Sergio are heroes for bringing much needed comfort to me and my wire. Thank you so much."

"Provided me with a thorough inspection of my furnace. Gave me a list of options for repair/replacement. Will replace in the spring. Great service!"

"Great. Probably could have had it done for less but the service was well worth it. Thorough. courteous, punctual, professional."

"It went excellent. I am a realtor and I have used them several times, I also refer them to my clients. They are one of my go to sources for servicing oil furnaces. The staff is one time, knowledgeable and friendly."

"When I first called to make an appointment I expected to leave a message but someone answered right away and I booked a day and date in no time. So that was great! The day of the service Jacob called to say he would be running late and he arrived in the time frame he said. He explained everything very thoroughly. I have a dog and a cat so I had to keep an eye on them while he did all that work because there would be a back door left open where the hose would be fed through. It took him about 2-3 hours. He also explained and showed me how to clean the air filters. He also showed me a few items that he found while cleaning the ducts. I purchased the service through Angie's list and I also paid an extra $25 per bathroom fan to be cleaned. I would use their services again."
