He installed a new screen door, replaced my tub stem and faucet, repaired my subfloor in the kitchen and installed brand new LVP flooring to replace old and water damaged flooring. "He can be pretty busy, so you might have to wait a week or two, but the wait is well worth it. He doesn't overbook, so he comes when he says he will. He has done much work both when I was living in the house and after I moved 350 miles away and put it up for sale. I simply gave him the keycode for the house and let him do his thing. He phoned photos of what needed fixing, and "after" photos. At first I asked for estimates, and after hiring him several times, simply gave him the go-ahead and his billing was more than fair. I once overpaid him by paying an invoice twice, and he tore up a $900 dollar check and texted me to let me know. THAT'S HOW HONEST HE IS! I've bought faucets and lighting fixtures online and had them delivered to him (because my house was vacant) and he installed them for me rather than insisting on buying them himself (as most contractors would) and passing a markup along to me. He also recommends others for work he doesn't care to do or doesn't have time to do. He will also tell you what doesn't need replacing but can be repaired at less cost. I cannot possibly write a recommendation for him that is as strong as he deserves! In sum, he does excellent work, is on time, reasonably priced, has the integrity of the Pope, is honest to a fault, and can be trusted with the keys to your kingdom."

"We needed someone to assess the condition of the roof so we bought a deal for Roof, Siding, and Gutter Maintenance. The contractor was here on time and after a quick walk through on the roof, he found several issues including pop-up nail heads and gaps between chimney and the roof. He then hammered down the nail and sealed the chimney gaps with sealant. All in all it took ~30-45 minutes. For the price I paid, I think it iwa a good deal. However if you need more repair, don’t buy this kind of deal because you will just get a quote for another repair."

"Our shower was causing a slow drip leak to our kitchen below. We had several plumbers and contractors out to diagnose the problem, but none could really find or fix the root of the problem. Matt diagnosed it correctly and fixed the issue for us. I was so impressed with Matt that I hired him to do repair and replace our back porch/three-season room. Matt completely tore off and replaced the roof, tore off and replaced the railing (which was rotted through), replaced the storm door that was broken, replaced a post that was rotted, repaired the cement, and repaired the gutter. It was a lot of work, and Matt is one guy, so it took a bit longer than if he had a team of guys, but he did a great job. Very happy with his work."
