"As a new business Steff took on a massive project and with very little help did an amazing job. We would highly recommend."

"Knowledgeable, experienced, polite. Ready to work with you. well-organized plan, well explained and carried out. Ready to go the extra mile to make sure customer is pleased. - hired to re-do bathroom, updated all inside doors, made a cut-out on wall between kitchen & living room. Have already recommended them to neighbor for kitchen remodel."

"Ray and his team did a great job with our interior - it was a huge project including ceilings that were in terrible shape. Very nice and reliable group and I would hire again."

"I used Exquisite Construction.  There were no additional costs.  They were here probably the third week of April, 2016.  I thought for what they did it was a little, I mean he was only there for 20 minutes.  I would probably not use them in the future.  The problem with it was it was for $99 of inspection and I don't think that they did a whole lot.  I didn't think for $99 they didn't check it out as thoroughly. "

"Very good work done. 2 Bathrooms gutted with new tile walk in showers, laminate flooring, toilets, vanities. Electrical and plumbing done to accommodate changes. Would recommend their work and experience for any remodeling interior or exterior."

"Showed up on time. Polite and courteous. Very satisfied with their work and cleaned up any mess they made. Installed three toilets without a mess. Will have them back for more home improvement projects."

"So far everything went well. We have to wait for a big big rain to see if the leaks were repaired."

"They did a great job!"

"when I met Maria, the owner of Exteriors By Maria, I was shocked, I thought surely, this women isnt going to do the work, and I was a little worried honestly,
simply because everything I mentioned that I needed done, she said she could do it, even the roofing part. She came with refrences and also a portfolio , insurance and so I trusted what she told me.
I have to say the most amazing part was she said it would onliy take her 4 days if she had access to the building throughout the weekend.
I didnt want to go back and forth with payments, so i paid her upfront and in full, I know that sounds crazy, but she really seemed trust worthy.
I gave her the keys to the office and Monday morning I was amazed when I walked in, incredable, the bathrooms were perfect, the yard looked great, building bright and clean, this women is a honest hardworking contractor who went above and beyond what she promised.no mess left behind, no little details that need to be finished, and since then she has stopped by twice to ensure our happiness. All I can say, is we love it! Oh, and this I couldnt believe, but when we came to the agreement to have the wrok done she gave me her home phone number so that I could get ahold of her at anytime, I called just to see if it was a working number and she answered, so I just asked her if she had anymore questions about the plans, lol. Perfect choice, and so nice , considerate, and comfurtable to be around
