"They came over because we have a claim with our insurance. They proceeded to check the floor for water because we had some water leak from our fridge. And they pulled out about a third of our floor and to check for water and they said they got it all and wiped it up. I thought they were doing a great job until when they left. I have a laminate flooring and I thought I could pull up a couple of boards so that my handy man won't have so much to do. So I pulled it up and there was water in there. They have a machine or some kind of gadget to check the water so we called them back and we said that there is water here. We were thinking they were out there doing work and they came right over thinking it was an emergency and their attitude was "You want us to rip it all up?We're gonna rip up the whole damn floor." They took out the whole floor which was fine because my handy man was going to fix it. It was just the attitude that I did not like."
