"I submitted my request to the app Angi on Sunday 4/12/26 and within literally minutes, the owner Melvin Wong responded by text. He arrived Sunday at the scheduled time and offered me 3 options to choose from. He was courteous, friendly, professional and experienced! I had a few other estimates scheduled on Monday but my focus was for a timely replacement at a fair price. I ultimately chose ProLift and was not disappointed! "We were hesitant to call Sears due to experience s at Sears retail stores. But their reviews were good and we wanted to get 3 estimates for our new doors. Sears far exceeded the other 2. They were the only ones who provided a brochure and actual samples that we could examine. The estimator took time to explain options and pricing was in line with the others. Their customer service could not have been better. They were prompt and kept in contact every step of the way. I highly recommend this group. Every contractor experience should be this good"
