While on the phone I was able to give him a relatively accurate description of the current gas line configuration and the routing and distance involved and he gave me a rough estimate, which was reasonable. He arrived promptly Friday morning as scheduled. The work went smoothly, was done neatly and Bob did a thorough clean up. There were no surprises and the charges were the same as the estimate. Bob was courteous and professional. I will definitely call him back for future work."
