"Our experience with Ray O. Cook went very well!! Our HVAC system was the original when the house was built over 40 years ago. My husband's excellent Do it Yourself skills allowed him to maintain it and keep it running all these years. We received estimates from 5 different companies. Although the other salesman/estimators were good, Paul was the best. He explained all our options more thoroughly than the others and his recommendations for installing the HVAC system for our needs and house size made the most sense. The price was very reasonable and fair. The installers, Willy and Rick T were awesome. "It is whoever they contract with. I pay monthly almost $40.00 but it includes both repair and replacement. This is for all appliances. I have a lot of old appliances in my home. I thought I would be using them a lot. I have not had not used them alot. I have 2 furnaces and they did replace one of them."

"They started out well. But last summer my AC broke and they seemed to have trouble fixing it. They put a replacement part and that part broke down right away and in the meantime I did not have the AC and I was a bit concerned about that. Their maintenance service was okay but when it came to fixing something there was a problem. Since then they have a new manager and he actually called me and was trying to get my business but by that time I was so frustrated, I had to sign somebody else up. I don't think I will be using them in the future."
