It would be easy to think that he was trying to sell me extra services, except that he took to time to clearly explain all of the things as they were, and how they should be, and clearly pointed out all of the areas that our water heater was falling behind in. Many of the things he showed us explained some of the challenges that we were experiencing which caused us to order the service in the first place. Despite our 20 year old water heater still functioning, it was clear that we needed to replace it before something catastrophic happened.
We were able to go over our options and schedule the install of the new water heater the very next day. The new water heater with all the services, extended warranties and parts, cost us around $1,200. Although this was an unexpected cost, the performance and function of our new water heater is well worth it. Kieth was very professional and very friendly. He even installed our new garbage disposal during this same service. Benjamin Franklin might be pricey (I have no good frame of reference), but the service from Kieth was outstanding.
