Service Today will only provide a lump sum invoice which insurance company will not accept. They must have their reason for not providing a proper invoice, or providing invoice notes as stated on invoice. Overcharging? Shady company!"

"SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! They came out and replaced one motion flood light. later that night it just stayed on. Then it started flashing for the rest of the night. It was facing my neighbor and flashing in their windows I immediately let them know and they wouldn't come out to fix it. I reached out the next day and they were too busy again. Then the day they were supposed to come they "got tied up " and couldn't make it again. I already paid them so I have no recourse. Extremely bad customer service. And very bad installation. Now I have to hire another company to come fix their mistakes."
