"I recently had MI Pipe Dream install a tankless water heater at my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the first phone call to the final walkthrough, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Scheduling was quick and easy. They were able to get someone out to my house sooner than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. On installation day, the crew showed up right on time and immediately got to work. They were respectful of my home, used drop cloths to protect the flooring, and explained what they were doing at each step so I always felt informed and confident in their work. The install itself went smoothly and was clearly done with care and attention to detail. They even noticed a couple of things from my previous setup that could be improved and took the time to address those at no extra cost. By the end of the day, everything was installed, tested, and working perfectly. As for the tankless water heater — what a difference"
