They offered a reasonable solution (sealing the visible cracks and holes in the concrete and I was contacted within a couple of days with an estimate and scheduling options. Sean was our tech and he did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue beyond just the cracks. He not only address all the holes and cracks in the concrete and mortar, he sealed up additional entry points above the foundation. He sourced additional materials to cover openings for cable lines. "This was done 3 years ago. It went well. Workers hand dug a trench around the foundation, sealed any cracks in the cinder block, applied several layers of sealant and waterproofing to the cinder block wall up from the footers to ground level, installed a french drain, filled in soil and replanted the shrubbery that they had to remove, tested drainage, cleaned up all debris and installed an outside sump pump and replaced the interior sump pump. It took 3 1//2 days to complete the job. I have had no dampness or water in my basement since - including this year when we have had close to 5 foot of rain. I am pleased with the work and glad I had it done."
