We even had some city permitting issues from prior construction that JJB was able to take on and get cleared up. I can't express how much headache this saved me! Arrived on time. Just toward the end of the install we discover I had ordered the door to wide I had a 36" and I needed a 32". So then I went online to find the right door. Jovon and Jeremy gave me another appointment for the next day, They arrived at 10 AM and went out of their way to take me back to Menards to exchange the door.
